Our Policy

To respect both our clients' time and our staff's schedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Notifications can be made via phone, email, or Facebook Messenger.
Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate others and result in lost time for our team. Therefore, a credit card is required for all appointments, and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Services Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority!
If you have questions or concerns about a service, please email us at contact@martinispalounge.com. While we do not offer refunds for services already performed, we are happy to make reasonable adjustments to the original service, pending stylist approval.

Hair Policy

Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment. Please note that corrective color services, which often require multiple sessions to achieve the desired result, are excluded from this policy—your stylist will inform you if your service falls into this category. Additionally, any credits issued during a color consultation must be used within 30 days of the consultation date and are not transferable to another stylist.

Nail Policy

If your polish chips or peels, we’ll gladly make it right within 5 days of your original service. Please give us a call to schedule an adjustment.

Grace Period for Emergencies

We understand life happens. In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Repeat Cancellations

Clients are allowed up to 3 short-notice cancellations within a 3-month period without penalty. After the third, payment will be required at the time of booking to hold future appointments.

Credit Card Policy

Due to increased operating costs, a 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit or debit card transactions.
You may avoid this fee by paying with cash at the time of your appointment. Credit cards are still required to reserve appointments.
